Project: Procession of the Species Poster (2005)

North Cascades Institute presented Bellingham’s 2nd annual Procession of the Species, a parade celebrating art, nature and community in the Spring of 2005. The style of this 2-color silkscreen printed poster conveys the flora and fauna theme of the parade in a fun manner that appeals to all ages.
The illustration was hand-drawn, as was the type, which was influenced by posters from the mid-1930s.
