Title: One Percent (2011)

Artist: Amy Redmond

Designed and letterpress printed from handset metal type with vintage ad cuts, using a Colt’s Armory platen press. The text was written by Amy Redmond.

The background pattern was created in response to a playful typographer’s dare to use the typeface Flash — a challenge whose ante was upped by the use of 8 point Hobo for the body text.

This print was originally created for the Yea Big! Tiny Print Show, curated & coordinated by Stumptown Printers in Portland, Oregon.
