North Cascades Institute presented Bellingham’s 2nd annual Procession of the Species, a parade celebrating art, nature and community in the Spring of 2005. The style of this 2-color silkscreen printed poster conveys the flora and fauna theme of the parade in a fun manner that appeals to all ages.<\/p>\n
The illustration was hand-drawn, as was the type, which was influenced by posters from the mid-1930s.<\/p>\n
Size<\/strong>: 8 x 18 inches With over 18 years of experience in agency and studio settings,\u00a0Amy Redmond<\/a>\u00a0is a visual designer who thrives on variety, creating print and interactive work for corporate and non-profit clients. To keep her creativity refreshed, Amy balances digital design with time in her letterpress studio (Amada Press)<\/a>\u00a0in Seattle.
