Project<\/strong>: SparkThink Marketing Collateral (Site Design & White Papers)<\/p>\n Client<\/strong>: Slalom (Seattle)<\/p>\n Role<\/strong>: Art Director<\/p>\n Slalom is a modern consulting firm focused on strategy, technology, and business transformation. They help companies tackle their most ambitious projects and build new capabilities. To do this they created SparkThink, an easy-to-use tool that facilitates workshops, conducts surveys, and moves projects forward \u2014 in person or remotely.<\/p>\n LEVERAGING EXISTING SYSTEMS<\/strong><\/p>\n After finishing the branding work, I turned my attention to SparkThink’s marketing site. To make the most of limited resources and a short timeline, I audited Slalom’s main site and extracted modules that would serve our needs to build a wireframe. This roadmap allowed the dev team to get started with backend work, and guided the copywriters while I worked on visual content.<\/p>\n The designs shown below are comps, framing out how the internal team can take my creative direction and build it. As a contractor I am accustomed to packaging my creative work as a tool kit, and plan carefully to make the handoff smooth & intuitive.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n SECTION 1: INTRODUCTION<\/strong><\/p>\n Modules A and B introduce the product and validate its usefulness with client testimonials.<\/p>\n SECTION 2: FEATURES<\/strong><\/p>\n Modules C and D speak to the app’s features, and call out 4 key product offerings.<\/p>\n SECTION 4: WORKSHOPS<\/strong><\/p>\n Workshops are the heart of SparkThink. Modules E and F provide detail about this complex feature; Module G is a carousel that allows the user to cycle through multiple feature descriptions.<\/p>\n SECTION 5: SURVEY<\/strong><\/p>\n Module H introduces the virtual survey capabilities of SparkThink, and leverages the carousel module once more to highlight multiple features.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n SECTION 6: REASONS TO BELIEVE<\/strong><\/p>\n Modules I and J summarize, in 6 bite-size morsels, the reasons why reluctant joiners\u00a0should reconsider. Those who thirst for even further detail can download a white paper.
